Mr. Selzer, the firm's founder, is a graduate of Brandels University (B.A. American Studies) and University of Florida (Juris Doctor). Mr. Selzer practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration and Personal Injury. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section, the Broward County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Jeffrey Selzer has been admitted and qualified to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since October 1995.

Scott A Weiss, Esq. - Partner

Mr. Weiss concentrates primarily on Probate and Trust Litigation cases but also handles Probate and Estate Planning matters. Mr. Weiss is a graduate of Boston University (B.A. History) and University of Miami School of Law (Juris Doctor). While at the University of Miami, he concentrated his legal education in the areas of Estate Planning and Tax Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section, the Broward County Bar Association Probate Law section and the American Bar Association.
